The following is the working principle of our high pressure briquette press: The materials from preload spiral forced into rollers through austragsduse, rollers compress the materials that make the per unit of molding pressure turned from small to big, and reaches the maximum at rollers centre line. After exceed this line, per unit of molding pressure gradually become small, materials get into briquettes. The high pressure briquette press can one-time molding if the host and pre-press machine rotate speed is suitable, when undersieves and new materials are mixed to compress, the block should be broken into 2-3mm. If returns has block or returns and new materials mixture ratio more or above than 50%, slower the preload spiral speed or speed up the host roller speed to avoid motor overload.
